Fall

All classes: a fun filled field trip to Jubilee Farm for pumpkin picking and seeing life on the farm.
Cedars Pre-K: field trip to the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery
All classes: an all-family Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat
All classes: our main fundraiser of the year - the SHLP Trike-a-Thon! Kids can bring their bikes/scooters to school, there are activities, prizes, popsicles, and the whole family is invited to watch the fun!

Winter

All classes: our delightful Christmas nativity concert, where the kids perform songs they have learned in music class.
All classes: Santa comes to preschool on the first Saturday of December to take photos with kids and families.
Cedars Pre-K: field trip to a tree farm
All classes: Bingo and Brownies, a family evening event in February

Spring

All Classes: Storytime with the Children's Librarian at Sammamish Library.
All classes: Our Brown Bag Used Book Exchange is during National Reading Month in March. Families can donate books they no longer want, and kids will fill a brown bag with 'new to them' books to take home.
Maples and Cedars Pre-K: KidsQuest Children's Museum comes to preschool for an in-house science field trip.
All classes: preschool will be visited by some mama goats and their babies from Hugs for Goats.
All classes: Just before school is out, we host an Ice cream Social! The playground is open, there are yard games, water games, and lots of fun for the whole family!

Summer

We meet in June and August for a park playdate at Ebright park. This gives our new friends a chance to start making friends. Teachers come if they are in town. Ms. Julia is there every time ready to introduce everyone.
